The Prospect Heights Neighborhood Development Council is committed to offering participation to all Prospect Heights community members. If financial hardship makes it difficult for you to afford PHNDC's current dues, you may apply to PHNDC's Board for relief.

After we receive your request, a member of the Board may contact you to request additional information.

Requests for relief from dues are considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Board. Please allow up to 90 days for a response to your request.

To submit your request, click here and select "Request relief from dues" from the "Category" dropdown menu. Please be as specific as possible regarding the nature of your financial hardship, and be sure to specify what amount of dues you are able to afford.
