The Prospect Heights Neighborhood Development Council
The Carlton Avenue Association
Purpose:
To promote the welfare of Carlton Avenue.
Membership:
Any dues-paying adult (18 + years old) with a fixed address on Carlton Avenue between Park Place and Pacific Street; or an address fronting on a side street at a Carlton Avenue intersection. The annual dues are currently $10 per household.
Meetings:
Meetings are held in the homes of different members each month on the second Wednesday from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
